30 days to change your mind

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags attached.

Return shipping

Because we ship every order to you for free, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return in full.

How to return

Email us at info@levrandstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund the item to your original payment method. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing else to deduct.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order, so you don't miss out while you wait.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and pierced jewelry can't be returned unless faulty. Personalized pieces are made just for you and can't be returned unless faulty. Final sale items are also excluded.
